Reading, Crafts and Book Signing: Mousetown

Join us on Sunday, October 6 at Kingston Social for a delightful family event…

The authors of Mousetown will read a section of the book and then teach a simple craft activity, Teeny-Tiny Pictures and Frames from page 28 of the book. We will create mini-frames using recycled materials (provided) as well as the art to fill the frame… great for all ages!

ABOUT Mousetown

Introducing Mouse! Mouse loves to collect and reuse bottle caps, tins, and boxes for crafts ranging from mini pies, a milk carton house and  a tiny wagon! Mouse (and best friend Ginger) work together in Mousetown’s bakery and are the tiny stars of this book.

In Mousetown, an inventive craft and story book, you can follow Mouse through their day from getting ready to traveling to work, closing shop, grocery shopping, party prep, and throwing a surprise party for their friend, Ginger. There are 30+ crafty activities throughout the book that use recycled materials to recreate the story's scenes and tiny props so kids can follow along or make their own mini worlds!
